The Roland DWX-4W is a high-performance wet dental milling solution specifically engineered for the precise production of glass ceramics and composite resins. Combining a high-speed Jaeger DentaDrive spindle with a robust 4-axis drive system, the DWX-4W allows dental labs to produce high-quality crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and veneers with unmatched efficiency and reliability.
Advanced High-Speed Performance
At the core of the DWX-4W is the world-renowned 60,000 RPM Jaeger DentaDrive spindle. This high-frequency motor provides the torque and stability required for the intricate grinding of hard ceramic materials. In addition to the X, Y, and Z axes, the DWX-4W features a 4th axis (A-axis) that rotates pin-type blocks 360 degrees, providing the necessary support for complex undercuts and anatomical details.
Maximize Productivity with Multi-Pin Milling
- Continuous Operation: The integrated multi-pin clamp allows for the simultaneous loading of up to three different pin-type blocks. This enables the machine to produce prosthetics for three different patients in a single unattended production run.
- 4-Station ATC: The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) houses up to four burs, allowing the machine to switch between roughing and finishing tools without manual intervention.
