Description

The HX70305-A has 16"x20" heat platen that can apply all types of transfers on items up to 1" thick. The floating lower platen helps provide even pressure on thicker items and the new handle design provides 20‰ more pressure over the straight handle design.

The HX70305-A features a digital timer that is adjustable up to 999 seconds, shows time countdown on readout, beeps after elapsed time, and resets when handle is raised. The calibrated digital temperature control is adjustable up to 450°F (232°C) and displays the current temperature. The easy to use open and close handle has spring assist and a full range pressure adjustment. The HT-600P is ETL certified. HIX Touch-screen Controller

Switching between jobs is now as simple as pushing pre-select keys on a car radio. Simply pre-program each of 4 possible selection with different combinations of time and temperature to simply toggle between the selections.

Another example would be the 2-step selection whereby, within the same job, the machine can be set to handle two alternating cycle times (e.g. one for a pre-press, followed by one for a final press).

The new controller has been tested rigorously and has held up superbly in all performed tests putting more user-friendly control functions in the hands of the customer. The controllers are also an upgrade in electronic reliability as well as a direct response to a more general market-demand for intuitive touch-screen functionality on all modern devices.
