Emerald QE-256/80 AAA Printhead

The Emerald QE-256/80 AAA Printhead features 256 independent channels arranged in a single row at 100 dpi spacing. It ejects adjustable 80–200 picoliter drops in binary mode or 80 picoliters in grayscale mode at nominal 8 m/s velocity, supporting 10–14 cP ink viscosity. Its flexible operation, including adjustable binary drop size and grayscale capability, and robust metal nozzle plate ensure precise drop placement for UV-curable, solvent, and aqueous inks.
